SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. DELIVERY

As an indication, the delivery time is 7 working days for deliveries in Belgium and 10 working days for any delivery abroad. The Seller is therefore not responsible for any delay in delivery due to reasons attributable to the carrier concerned or to third parties.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping charges are added to the total amount of the order.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order.

We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

In any case, in case of loss of an order, the customer is invited to contact the Seller by email at hajishop.contact@gmail.com. The customer and the Seller agree to find an amicable solution to this loss.

2. RETURN POLICY

The consumer customer has a 14-day cancellation period.

If 14 days have passed since you received the product you ordered, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a voucher or an exchange.

This right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the products ordered have not been used or altered in any way and if the product is still sealed in its original packaging, with labels and not worn.

Products that are obviously worn, damaged or smell of tobacco will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

Haji will gladly exchange or give you a voucher (valid for 1 year on all orders on our online site) for items that are not suitable. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the items have a manufacturing defect or do not match the original order.

When shipping, we recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

WARNING: This right of withdrawal does not apply to products on sale, destocked, or in special promotion on the occasion of certain events. In this case, the products are neither returned, nor refunded, nor exchanged.

For obvious reasons of hygiene: accessories are neither returned nor exchanged.
